Willi Juchler (born 1938) [1]
Juchler spent his school years in the Canton of Zurich, where he already created smaller relief works. From 1969 he worked at the Vorderrhein power plants and created two large reliefs in his spare time. He finished his Rhine relief in 1979 and that of the southern Rhone valleys in 1986 after seven years of work. Regarding painting he chose a similar generalization in the coloring as is used on the national maps.
